The housebuilding lifecycle

Day one
First boots on the ground, perhaps your grounds workers are already here. Either way, we can drop in a whole range of off-grid towers so you are protected earlier in the project lifecycle.
Compound installed
The key to a great compound in consistency, we work with some of the UK's biggest housebuilders to provide a standard compound setup, usually covering the site office, materials storage, containers and the main entrance and exit to site. For housebuilding, the scourge of opportunistic theft from vans is ever present. We provide cameras to cover the carpark FOC as part of our package to your industry. The key members of the project team get overwatch of the site from the 40" TV mounted to the wall, together with a paging microphone and moveable pan/tilt/zoom camera.
Risks move
As the site expands, take an OGU+ as a roaming outlier to the system. The same functionality as the main Elite system, it can be moved around as the site progresses, mitigating risks as they arise. Keep the 'night time entrepreneurs' guessing with this agile, redeployable asset.
Homes near completion
As soon as you have your boilers installed, we know that unit becomes vulnerable, up until the point the owner moves in. The headache of a dozen boilers going walkies is more than the cost of the hardware, it's delays, disappointed buyers and a hassle you can do without. This is where SWARM comes in. It arrives on site in a foam lined flight case, you simply open it up and 'clamp' the camera units magnetically to each boiler. The flight case then becomes the base unit that speaks wirelessly to the cameras over 100m or more, it can be plugged into mains, it features a battery backup or can be solar if required. The moment an intruder notices that there is an unusual looking object attached to the boiler then intend to flog, it's too late. Mug shots are uploaded to our Class 1 alarm receiving centre, right after an ear piecing siren starts to sound. Images are also sent to the site team's app, if they so choose.
Final completion
The compound has been removed, all that's left if for the Sales team to do their thing - but we can see the project out with any of the off-grid products described above. And the best part? You can buy them outright.
